Good software, slow support

I bought a lifetime license for PDFelement a few weeks ago. The software itself is solid; it does everything I need for editing PDFs, and the interface was pretty intuitive. Installation was smooth enough. My only real gripe was with customer service. I had a question about transferring my license to a new machine, and it took almost three days to get a clear answer. For software this essential, faster support would be a big plus. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve on response times.

Got Dr.Fone for my phone

So, my old phone just died on me, totally crashed, and I thought all my pictures were gone forever. My friend told me about Dr.Fone, so I figured, why not? It was surprisingly easy to use. I just followed the steps, and it actually recovered most of my stuff! Not everything, but way more than I expected. It felt good to get those memories back. Pretty cool software, honestly.

Consistent with Recoverit

I used Recoverit again recently to get back some files I accidentally deleted from an external drive. I've bought licenses for their products a few times over the years, and this experience was just as reliable as the last. It found almost everything, just like it did when I used it for a different hard drive a while back. The interface hasn't changed much, which is good because I knew exactly where to go. They've been consistently good for data recovery, which is why I keep coming back.

Filmora works well

I downloaded Filmora. It installed fast and worked perfectly for my video project. The tools were easy to find. I finished editing quickly. Good product.
